Founded by Grenessil “Gren” Histon, an Australian Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience locally and internationally, we are dedicated to helping healthcare facilities across Australia find the right people to deliver exceptional care.
Gren’s journey into recruitment is deeply personal. Originally from the Philippines, she moved to Australia in 2014 to pursue her nursing qualifications. Her experiences as a nurse and in healthcare recruitment management have given her a firsthand understanding of the challenges healthcare facilities face, particularly in regional and remote areas.
A pivotal moment that shaped Gren’s mission occurred while working in the high-care unit. When staff called in sick, Gren found herself covering multiple units, including Dementia and Low Care. While happy to help, this experience highlighted the importance of having a stable, reliable team—especially in areas with limited resources. This ignited Gren’s passion for permanent aged care staffing solutions, ensuring continuity of care for vulnerable residents.
Specialising in sourcing healthcare professionals from both Australia and overseas, we focus on matching the right candidates to RN, clinical, and facility management roles. Gren has successfully placed professionals in regional communities such as Tumut, Deniliquin, Bundaberg, and Toowoomba, prioritising not just qualifications but a seamless integration into the culture of each facility.
